A speciality coffee from the La Soledad estate in the Huila region of Colombia. The beans, of the rare Pink Bourbon variety, are grown at an altitude of 1,640 metres above sea level and roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.

The washed process, featuring 36 hours of aerobic fermentation, creates a clean, refined and multi-layered flavour. In the cup, it reveals notes of jasmine, the freshness of citrus fruits, the juiciness of apricot and the gentle sweetness of cane sugar. A pronounced acidity of 7/10 is balanced by a sweetness of 6/10, whilst low bitterness of 3/10 makes for a delicate and pleasant aftertaste.
