DELIVERY

Important: All orders are shipped after full payment!

On regular days:

Orders paid before 14:00 are shipped the same day. If payment is made later, the order will be shipped the next day.

During holiday periods:

Order processing may take 2-3 days due to high warehouse workload. Thank you for your understanding!

NOVA POSHTA

Online orders are accepted and shipped by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine, where branches are operating. The working hours of the branches can be checked on the Nova Poshta website.

Delivery by Nova Poshta operator is carried out at a fixed rate without reference to the dimensions of the order.

Delivery to Nova Poshta branch/Pickup point — 75 UAH.

Address delivery by Nova Poshta courier — 120 UAH.

DELIVERY IN KYIV FROM UKLON DELIVERY

We dispatch every day from 9:00-17:00 after full payment of the order.

PICKUP POINT

Metro station "Lybidska", TC "Interval-Plaza", 143/2 Velyka Vasylkivska St., 3rd floor, Room 5. Entrance near Eva store.

Working hours:

Mon-Fri (from 11:00 to 20:00)

Sat-Sun (from 10:00 to 19:00)

PAYMENT

ONLINE PAYMENT VIA PORTMONE

Payment is made online using the Portmone service. When choosing the Portmone service, payment methods such as ApplePay and GooglePay will be available to you. You can also enter your card details for payment yourself. In case of unsuccessful attempts to pay for the order, you can request an individual payment link for Portmone payment from our manager.
