Fluffy sweet muffin with a rich caramel chocolate filling. The dough inside is soft and tender. The crispy crust with powdered sugar is for texture. But first, you will not taste, but feel the aroma: rich, caramel-chocolate.

The first panettone was created by pastry chef Angelo Motta in Milan, but the one that Spell created in Kyiv will definitely be to your liking.

Ingredients:

WHEAT FLOUR, caramel drops 15% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), butter, sugar, egg yolk of class A from free-range chickens, natural yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, WHOLE MILK, glucose-fructose syrup, inverted sugar syrup, salt, honey, barley malt extract, natural flavor (natural vanilla bourbon flavor). INGREDIENTS FOR 12% GLAZE: sugar, class A egg white from free-range hens, Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts 9%, rice flour, rice starch, icing sugar (sugar, wheat starch), sunflower oil, natural flavors. Sprinkled with sugar pearls 5% and whole almonds 3%.

May contain traces of peanuts, nuts (cashews, pistachios), sulfur dioxide, sesame seeds and mustard seeds.
