This bar is the one that usually introduces people to our brand because it is one-of-a-kind.

It's white chocolate but with a little sour note. You expect it to be too sugary, but the flavor is in fact very fresh and berry like.
It is a combination of wafer crumbs, natural raspberries and cherries, and dried raspberry powder.
The drying process is quite unique: first the berries are cooled to -80°C, then heated to 50° in order to remove all moisture, but preserve the taste, color, and all the vitamins.
All in all, we just need to warn you. Trying this chocolate once gets you addicted.
